I LOVE glitter polishes. I really do. But they're such a pain to remove that I only rarely wear them on my fingers. My solution is to use glitter polishes for my pedicures instead! Since glitter wears like iron, it means I hardly ever have to do my toes. So since I didn't hear any objection to posting pedi pics, here's my current toes. This was done with the Color Club Glitter Vixen collection. Colors are as follows: Tru Passion (purple), Sexy Siren (blue), Object of Envy (green), Art of Seduction (red), and Sex Symbol (silver). Application on these was pretty good, they're clear bases that are jammed with glitter so it only took me 2-3 coats to get what you see here. Click to enlarge.
Pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you! It cheers me up to see a little sparkle when I walk.
ReplyDeletewhat fun to try all the different glitters. My sister treated me to a pedicure, and the polish stayed beautiful and pristine until it was evident the nails had grown. Wish hands stayed nice that long.
ReplyDeleteYeah, poor hands take too much of a beating for it to stay nice for so long.
ReplyDeleteYou have cute piggies! *grin* I love the idea of sparkly toes! Hm. That does, however, mean that I would have to try to *reach* my toes.
ReplyDeleteThanks! My mom says I have long, elegant fingers and toes.. Not sure my toes are elegant, but they sure are good at grabbing things. Haha. And yes, reaching one's toes is always a bit of an ordeal. It counts as exercise in my book. :)
ReplyDeleteOnly toe you got from my side of the family is your poor wee pinkie. Glad your other genes took over for the rest..

Thanks Mom. I can't complain too much about my pinky so it's okay. :)
